CB Bowman, has specialized in branding for over 15 years. She is responsible for the on-shelf packaging of well-known food products such as Honey Bunches of Oats, Blueberry Morning, Banana Nut Crunch, and Birds Eye frozen foods, for which she won several awards including the prestigious Clio award. Bowman has transitioned her marketing, branding, and psychology knowledge into helping clients redesign and reposition their corporate presence.
In the early 1990s, Bowman decided to build upon both her undergraduate studies in psychology from The New School and her MBA in Marketing from Pace University. She blended her knowledge and experience and transitioned into human capital management.
After running a branch of the Five O’clock Club©, Bowman quickly worked her way up to Vice President, Senior Counselor with a major outplacement and executive coaching firm. She became certified in 360° Leadership Assessment and MBTI Personality Assessment and began her journey in Executive Coaching. In the late 1990s, Bowman opened her own firm, EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP, LLC, where her approach has a transforming impact and produces practical business results. Her goal is to unleash clients' vision, creativity, and leadership skills.
Along with managing Executive Leadership, LLC, Bowman teaches classes in corporate leadership at Rutgers University. She has also taught programs in marketing at Pace University and classes in human resources at Mercy College.
In the area of career transformation, Bowman has been credited with moving her clients’ compensation packages from $45,000 annually to $600,000 annually.
